The one in the far North. I don't like Lakeview since it's so open, who knows what kind of bandits and murderers are stalking my house.

Up North I can be at peace knowing that I can leave my stuff back and expect them to be there when I return.

I also like leaving the house at its smallest size.

Being from Finland I guess it fits better with your Scandinavian roots I'm thinking.

Lakeview manor. Heljarchen is next to a giant camp and the Morthal land is haunted by Draugr and Horker. Lakeview manor has bandits, but what part of Tamriel doesn't.

That's probably why I like Lakeview so much, being from the UK. It looks nice and summery, but it's Skyrim so it'll still be cold. And we're used to cold, miserable weather here.

I wish you could get the Well Rested bonus there.

Lakeview has usually been my favorite, but I recently completed Heljarchen Hall and really like the location. The hunting is fantastic in the area and I recently had a dragon attack on the property and have been able to keep the bones next to the house. Sometimes they bounce around and I use an Ice Spike to get them back up to the house. I've named it Rex.

I didn't know bandits can enter the household D: if they steal your stuff can you get it back???
