Just wondering,could someone make a small mod that makes the white leg hair playable?

This is literally the most obscure mod request I have ever seen.

I don't see at all what is obscure about it. It's a game asset, a new hairstyle . . . perfectly normal.

Anyway, there's a mod that makes it playable, but you equip it. So you'll get the hairstyle, but you won't select it in character creation: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/42305
