Whiterun in the trailer or not? : V

For those who have seen the scans of the new picture of Whiterun, do you think it's the one that appeared in the trailer about half-way through or not? I thought so at first, I mean most stuff looks pretty much the same (although it's blurry in the screen) but that castle/huge house thing looks different. Different colour (though that could be the scan quality) and different shape. A later design perhaps?

No, that's Solitude in the trailer. Is the one with the Dragon architecture Windhelm?
