Altmer of course. Excuse me while I will always have better magical capacity than the rest of you, then catch up in stealth/melee when I fancy (or fill the void with delicious magic)

Probably a Nord for the first time through, to get the feel for the land. Used a Dunmer first in Morrowind and an Imperial first in Oblivion...

Breton, was the best race in Morrowind and Oblivion. Hopefully they still have 50% magic resistance.

I will start with a Breton or High Elve Mage, because I want to try the new magic system, but only for short. My first playthrough will be a Khajiit Assassin.

Dunmer because the have been my favorite sinds morrowind, i like their looks, culture and lore/history. and not every dark elf is a conplete bastard

Breton...for the magic benefits. I am tempted this time by the great job done on the other races this time though. It's going to depend on their skills/attributes/bonuses whether or not I use another race in later games.

Dunmer ranger/assassin for starters, then a Khajiit thief depending on how long it takes for race mods to come out and how good they are. I might wait a bit though for race mods and if I make it through both of those I'll more than likely make a Nord of some sort.

I'll probably be playing a Nord or Imperial on my first playthrough. Probably a Nord for sure.

Right now the plan is High Elf male mage/stealth type. Of course it is all subject to change once I am actually ingame. My reason to start with this is because I usually do mage first, and although I have never played Altmer, I love their look this time around.

Definitely a Nord, we are in Skyrim after all. I wonder if they will treat you as one of them or some strange guy from another province far away, well that’s a topic for another time.

Probably a breton or high elf mage. elsewise a nord warrior..cant decide :/
