An Imperial or a Nord as some kind of warrior/magic hybrid but will likely just be a jack of all trades because i have no self control...

Dunmer, then Orc, then.... ? I have no idea.

By the way, it's "Redguard." Not, "Red Gaurd." All one word. Props on correctly spelling Khajiit, though. Hardly anyone gets that right. ;)

Nord Called ólfr :D

He's a bad ass Nord, big muscles scary as hell.. oh yea and he likes to wear his wives clothes at the weekend when he goes by the name of ólfr The Feminine!

Nah but seriously, i'll play as a nord i got a cool Back story for him too i'll just post it up incase any of you fancy a read :)

ólfr live high up in the mountains of Skyrim in a small wooden cabin which he himself built. ólfr survived by living off the land, hunting and fishing. He lived so far away from large populations because he had always felt he was different from them, he felt he did not belong. He has lived so far away from other people for so long what he could remember, from when he did traverse those lands, had all but vanished from his memory. He lived with his wife, Sverro and his son úlfr.

ólfr was on one of his many hunting trips that he undertook to gather food for him and his family, he suddenly heard screams and then a large vibration shook the ground so that leaves and branches that were not secured to the trees around him fell to the ground with a thud. The sounds can front the cabin. He ran towards his mountain home with the speed of a possessed man. When he got there he found that his home, or what was left of it, was a pile of burning ash and rubble. His wife and son had perished in the flames. ólfr searched the rubble for his wife's necklace, the one he gave her the day they met. He found it in a heap of ash, suddenly a beam from the log cabin fell and just missed his head but not without inflicting a huge gash across his left eye appearing to blind him. He dropped to the ground holding his head in sheer disbelief that all he held dear had vanished in a heart beat. ólfr knew that this was the doing of a creature of pure power and magical descent. But what creature he did not know. From that day forward he pledged to kill all magical creatures of the land that posed a threat to innocents. He was to become a Monster Hunter of sorts.

As he rose to his feet he found that the smoke had attracted a local legion patrol. They ran up to him, ólfr was still in shock, he mumbled as if he had lost his mind, saying 'They're dead, my wife, my son They're dead, it's all my fault.' The Legion soldiers, not being ones to mess around took this as a formal confession for the murders of his wife and child. They promptly arrested him and took him to a prison of which ólfr did not know. He received the news. The news that he was to be executed.

Bosmer. A rough as hell peice of valenwood giving Skyrim a shot. My family of sithis worshipping assassin wood elves will continue their bloodline! Morrowind assassin was the first Bosmer to decide he had a race hate against imperials and all imperial influence in the wild of tamriel, since then his family has killed and worked to destroy the stupidity and ignorance of what the races of tamriel usually think it should be.

First job, explore skyrim as a pseudo-civlian. Hunt a few imperials in their own homes, ruin a few imperial's business if any are found. I'll also be killing any of you imperialized soft bosmer!

Nord for me, they're my favourite race all things considered. I like the viking aesthetic (especially because I'm 6'4'', blond with a beard) and I like big strong characters.

Dunmer.

Why? Because they look [censored] badass that's why. Not the puffy, squidgy Dunmer from OB anymore. Now it's the grey skinned, bonier Dunmer with a cool brow ridge that is reminiscent of a vampire. BOOSH!!!

All of the above. At the same time.

I'll choose when I get my hands on the game. I know I really want to try out the magic system, though.

An assassin/thief Khajiit. I love the Khajiiti people, and after seeing the Tokyo Game Show footage (on YouTube. Look it up if you're curious. :3) I loved the physics of the tail. I also just prefer to play stealth characters, and of course the Khajiit is perfect for that.

i only play as a khajiit, and in skyrim my khajiit is going to be a decendant of my oblivion character (read my first sig for the rest)

i dont like making multiple characters, i just enjoy roleplaying as my original character

I am torn between Nord and Dunmer. Those were my go to races in Oblivion. I have little stories and plans for each character. However, I would be amiss to deny the urge that I have to chuck all that and try something completely different. Like High Elf or Redguard. Maybe even an Orc. The Orcs look cool now unlike how they appeared in Oblivion.

Seems that most pick based on looks rather than a specific skill set
