Tell us who you have following you and why you like them following you:

I currently have Cosnach and Vigilance(the dog). I really like Cosnach so far for many reasons.
1) He doesn't complain about anything (looking at you Lydia; RIP btw)
2) Cosnach is free to hire! (just give him an ale or two)
2) He is statistically like my character, which basically means double the brute damage!
3) He enjoys having a drink with me, and can have a bar brawl with you whenever you want.
4) Not too shabby of a fighter. The only issue I have with him is that he is a little slow and takes forever to catch up.

Vigilance is a dog......so yeah, I like having a pet with me.

Nobody.

Lydia is following me.

1) She's not as clumsy as me, and activates fewer traps.
2) She helps a LOT in combat.
3) She's damn near unbeatable. I've yet to see her be finished, and she's only been incapacitated a few times.
4) She, oddly enough, complements my build very well.
5) Her bow is a god-send for my character.
6) She's useful for hauling Misc objects and books I find. I still haul most of the loot, though.
7) She's hawt.

Lydia... I don't like her, she just hasn't been murdered by me yet met a tragic end to which I shall shed tears in bitter remorse<-----Lie

i don't...really like or dislike him really i just thought the way we met was cute. he was chillin by the side of the road and i walked by and he ran into the woods, and i followed him and he had his own little house with his owner lying dead on the bed. i asked if he wanted to come with me and he did :3

then i tried reanimating his former owner to see if they'd have any interplay but he just went UHHH and disintegrated after a minute ;_;

actually i just dismissed him in Falkreath because i thought i was supposed to have a CERTAIN OTHER DOG following me but it turns out i was supposed to follow HIM and now i have no idea where either of them are. Meeko's probably back at his house but i don't really feel like walking there. [censored] dogs.

Yeah, i did have Lydia but she got squashed by a dragon, and while she was down, got frosted by a dragon who was trying to breathe on the giant. I respectivly placed her body next to a fire. (i wish we could bury people).
Anyways, i am still very happy with my drinking buddy, Cosnach

I got Aela to follow me. Then I married her. Then she walked out of the church and I haven't seen her since. Granted I haven't looked very hard to find her. I get distracted in this game -very- easily.

I had Meeko for a while, but he ran in and got himself killed so I reloaded and left him at my Whiterun house. One day, he just decided it was time to go home so nobody is following me now.

the mage form riften, that guy is a god! and he can take a hit too, i just sit back and watch incenerate everything (but he wll go down without help, so i have to stop eating my popcorn and save his ass :shakehead: i already miss the popcorn)

edit: the polite way of saying ass is censored? strange, very strange

I have a female with me at the moment.
She hits hard with 1 handed stuff.
She looks pretty fly in the full set of Glass that I enchanted to make the bearer practically invulnerable to my spells.
She shows me the proper respect due to somone of my station.

Oh yeah and she's actually invincible full stop.

I have Sven, the Bard from Riverwood as my follower. Nothing like traveling with a Bard to keep your spirits high. I only wish that there was option to have him sing on our travels. He looks awesome in all the armor I give him PLUS he is always so cheerful and polite when I ask him to carry my things. (Unlike SOME companions that will remain nameless)

2) She's an essential character

4) She's also ranged which balances me out
5) She also trains me in archery

My Orc has Brelyna Maryon as his wife and follower. She covers ranged attacks and yells at him for trespassing. Also it made for a nice scene entering Windhelm.

How do you know what his stats are? Where are they listed/shown? Inquiring minds want to know!!

Lydia right now, till I become a thane in Solitude and get Jordis the Sword-Maiden as a Housecarl. Plan on using a DB initiate, as well. I wanted Mjoll the Lioness cause of her accent (plus she's purdy), but after hearing of her loathing of the Thieves Guild it didn't make much sense from an RP standpoint..

Speaking of voices does anyone know who the voice actor for Farkas is? I could listen to that dude talk all day.

What I do is find a joinable NPC in every region and make them some dragonplate. Then i only use companions in their home region. Yes I am role-playing creating a regional dragon-slaying militia.
