Who else is waiting for Connary to play Morrowind?

Post » Fri Sep 17, 2010 11:05 am

What can i say? Im very surprised and pleased about the participation in this poll. All people sharing freely his position and opinion. SkyDye dont worry and thanks for trying to protect me, you know that i was a bit overwhelmed and stressed in the pass, no more.
I repositioned things time ago and the modding activity has become more intimate, i definitely found this activity relaxing, deeply evasive/immersive and fun. Perhaps as taken his position over playing games that at today standards don't give to me such a pleasures.
Its wonderful discover than today there are people that has decided to wait for the compendium to start a new playthrough. Makes me proud and happy. Also this only encourage me to make things better and learn a bit every day in the hope to offer a nice game experience add on in the future.
I decided time ago that i no need to hurry in any way, the game must be played when everyone decide its the right moment with or without any mod. Some real improvements appear every now and then and must be taken like a gift. I had been gifted repeatedly for the majority of the people of this community by hundreds of game improvement that amaze me and makes me desire to play this game again. The compendium will be a way to balance things and share my passion with you all.
Thanks for the nice attitude, also the educated natural opinions of any sign, i no need right now a ego surfing but it will be discourteous for me if i not said that i'm very pleased for the constant support and kind words spilled in favour of my work.

Saludos

Saludos. Btw, Connary, how's the party in Spain after winning the World Cup?

probably not going to play anyway at the moment except for testing my mod, currently working on a huge project, but when connary releases his textures i will definately download them even if it does destroy the fps on this svcky computer, just because his textures are that freaking awesome.

I am certainly not waiting for the Compendium to play Morrowind, but I am definitely looking forward to seeing it one day. My game consists mostly of his stuff, with assorted other things chosen to fill in the gaps.

I agree. Morrowind is not the only game Connary is working on. The new meshes and textures look great but it's still a long way ahead.

I always wanted to get in X3 but I thought (and corretly it appears) that it would be like doing some more Morrowind in space because of the open ended way that game is set up...vut now I see that thats not nececsairly a bad thing

Haven't played Morrowind in about a year. So, naturally, when I decided to start again, the first thing I checked was if Connary had released his compendium yet
Samples in here look great, keep up the good work!

Holy crap.

Anyway as I was trying to say, the wait would be too long so I'm still playing a bit. :P

And I just have to try out all those new fancy MGE updates...

While that picture does look nice, I must wonder is that specularity painted on? Why not use a gloss map?

Personnaly I'm waiting for Connary to release his stuff before I install all of my mods again and play it with supreme textures :P

Anyone else doing this or am I the only one? :P

Why the hell would you stop playing Morrowind? :P

But yeah, I understand. I'm anxiously awaiting his epic return in a flurry of RELz and unbridled amazingness.
Also, my Bitter Coast doesn't feel right without him. I have Vality's mod, but.. it needs his textures to be perfect.

Also, where's this epic silt strider? I'll come back and edit once I see it and likely spit coffee on my keyboard.. again.

EDIT: After seeing that, I want Connary's babies. I think my eye is twitching a little. Holy crap.

I am not currently playing Morrowind, and haven't played it consistently for about 3 years now. However, I do come up here every few months for one reason and one reason only: to check on the status of Connary's compendium. When it is released, I will download it and then fire up MW and play it through at least once, of that I am sure.

Keep up the great work, Connary, and thank you for your dedication.

I hope you are the only one. An unfinished Silt raise his hand and run in terror....http://a.imageshack.us/img692/664/silt1.jpg

wow...that's...superior. In the strict sense of word :o

EDIT: Ja, que fuerte, me acabo de dar cuenta de que vivimos en la misma ciudad xD

(Translation: I live in the same city as connary (BCN)).

I think that once Connary releases his full compendium I won't be playing the game right away, but going on a screenshooting frenzy instead. :P
