Who else was devastated when....

You realized you're pretty much done the game including side quests? I've discovered all the locations, done 95% of the side quests and just dieing for more. What do you guys do to keep busy? I can't bear the idea of starting over, don't ask me why but I feel like I've invested so much time into developing this character that I shouldn't have to run another. One thing that somewhat robs me of the experience is that I can't bear to play an evil character, I don't know why but I can't.

Anyone else just not feel right about say siding with Caesar's Legion? I personally can't stand doing evil in these games and just have an insatiable urge to kill anyone remotely evil.

Caesars Legion, even though i dont like them we have to admit this one fact: They are the best hope for future stability in the wasteland.

Wow. you are REALLY missing out if you wont start over. there are like 5 main endings with like 500 different complete end options that are reflected after the main quest. I say you collect, achive, discover, and do everthing then finish your main quest then deffinentally restart and choose a different faction and play out the quests differently you'll find that there is a lot of replayability in this game.

Knowing that future stability means death, slavery and barbarism doesn't reflect positively on me lol. I'm sorry, I know it's a single player game but I just can't be an evil-doer....

You dont need to be evil. You can side with Mr. House, or take vegas for yourself, or you could even play a good character in the slaving leigion.

Legion isn't evil though, I felt wrong helping NCR because I knew I'd doom everyone else by helping them but still went through with it.

ok now your exaggeration 4 endings with like only 20 different complete end options that are reflected after the main quest, if you mean the slide shows then yeah only 20. the places are exactly the same and you discover them with the same enemies walking around in circles . as for replayability only if you create a new character. if only there were random encounters darn it i wonder i fudged things up. anyways to the main question if you don't have FNV on pc well your just gonna have to try a new character. have you ever tried a melee character if not then i suggest you do.
OR U CAN ALWAYS STOCK UP ON ABOUT 50 PACKS OF C4 AND RUN AROUND AND PLANT THEM EVERYWHERE ALWAYS AMUSING
OR U CAN TRY TO LURE A DEATHCLAW INTO BLACK MOUNTAIN AND SEE WHAT RESULTS U GET. tips no companions and you'll need a stealthboy and u should save.
WELL AM OUT OF IDEAS HAVE FUN. lol only 2 ideas

Yeah killing the BOS is not an option for me, not to mention how House constantly talks down to you when he's just a piece of beef jerky twitching in a tube.

Yes you're right it is four main endings sorry, but I have the guide and it shows all possible endings. there are around 30 different possible slides and around 3 options for each slide, so yeah, there is a lot. And by replayability I did mean creating a new character, like as you suggested starting a new playstyle

I also have trouble siding with the legion. I have always had trouble being mean to people and killing for fun. Just started a new account and was very sad when i killed all of Goodsprings, NCR, and helped out the powder gangers. It was tough but its worth it. I might suggest trying to get 100 skill lvl in all skills(find all the skill books).

Who says you have to kill people for fun?
Where's this mentality coming from?
In order to side with Legion one has to be the very definition of evil?
No, you don't, you can still be good and side with Legion.

I did play legion just to find out what the other side was like. I got part the way through then ended up cheating to get it over with to see the ending. I did not enjoy that role one little bit, but at least I got the full picture of that faciton.
Your options are limited if you don't want to start a new character, if you had access to mods they would give you more to do. I have two main characters I play, one is a guns specialist good karma the other is melee who I like to keep neutral and is probably the closest thing to an evil character I'd play as in stealing and pickpocketing. She's a lot of fun to play actually, but I have to keep reminding myself that she's not my paladin type.

"While relaxing in the Bunker" Well, i may not be there, but isn't being a part of an organization that represses women into baby making machines, kills without mercy, takes slaves, and destroys your culture the definition of Evil? I know we are not The Boy Scouts of the Commonwealth of the United States here, especially in the west, but seriously, while you do not have to be evil to be in the Legion, you have to admit this group is no better than raiders and slavers in my humble opinion.

(Translated into non rp text, While you may be good and be in the Legion, the Legion is inherently EVIL, by it's repression of women, slavery, brutality, and destruction of culture. Now this may have worked in time period like from roughly 200 BCE to 450 CE, but in 2281, they are nothing but slavers and raiders IMHO, not saviors, not the greatest things since sliced bread or Swiss cheese, but slavers and raiders lead by a Tyrant, and who has a psycho nut job as a General, nuff said.

I have 12 characters that I have made, and I beat the game with 6 of them, 2 NCRs, 2 Yes Mans, 1 Legion, and 1 House. There is nothing wrong with starting over. I can get to the Strip from Goodsprings in 1-2 hours, because I skip Goodsprings, skip Primm, go to Novac, look at Manny's terminal, kill/meet Jessup, and head to the Strip, usually with Boone or Veronica. On most of my characters that I create, I get them to level 12 by 3-5 hours, starting over really brings back replay value. But yes, I have reached the point on my level 35 (yes, finally level 35) character, when there is nothing to do.
There is no correcting me, I have created new saves on my level 35 character like:
- Kill everyone save.
- Role playing save.
- hardcoe survival save.
- C4 fun save.

Look back in time, back to the pre-midieval times, those times pretty much represent what the wasteland is, how did they conquer that, setting the groundwork for fututre civilizations that gave rise to modern humanitarianism and democracy, equality, life and freedom? Death, Slavery, and Barbarism.

Spoiler
Under the Legion's banner, civilization - unforgiving as it was - finally came to the Mojave wasteland.

I did get the legion ending once, it required me to want to leave Mojve in worst condition possible. Usually i use the Legion in New Vegas like the Enclave in Fallout 3, as means to convert my ammunition to experience :P (though unlike in Fallout 3,
Spoiler
i visit thier base before i start to kill them indiscriminately.
)

Seriously speaking, NCR/Legion is not black and white choice. Legion has quite brutal means, but they cannot be considered mustache-twirling, top hat wearing, puppy eating evil, even though i have no trouble imagining Lanius doing that last one :P

I thought that I had a lot more to do because I had restricted myself to the centre and eastern eastern side of the map - I though, man I've done a lot and haven't even touched the western edge of the map yet. Then I realized that there is no western edge of the map, just unused space. But they've got something like 8 dlc's lined up and there are some great user made mods out there for free. svck it xbox with your exclusive rights garbage...

(Well, i respect that, but i think we need to ask others what is fact, one person's voice is not fact, and of course honest proof( of where it came from) they are not evil, not that i am being nit picky, but i am not going to go through a random slam war of "Oh their not evil, your just being [censored] bias because of (insert your reason here)" I know how some people love pulling proof out of their [censored] without naming names.) :whistling:
