Who's up for some stupidity? :D

One of the main things I loved in The Elder Scrolls, particularly MW and OB, was the humorous and silly quest-lines they often placed into the game. Quests that were either a clear nod to something, like the troll under the bridge in Oblivion, which is a nod to the children's tale. Or the guy who lost his pants in Morrowind, whose pants were stolen by a guy playing a joke in him, so he had to stand in a river until someone helped him, which is just plain sillyness. XD

It has always been something that's just fun for the sake of fun, and I can't wait to see what kinds of crazy they think up in Skyrim.

But until then, post your crazy, weird and funny moments here, and tell stories of the fun stuff you encountered in your journeys through Arena, Daggerfall, Vvardenfell and Cyrodiil. It'd be good to reminisce before we leap into the winter tundra of Skyrim.

This doesn't have to be all quest related either. Just funny things you saw, heard or did while adventuring can be posted here too. All is welcome!!!!

Well, even though you didn't include it, I'm going to throw in a Daggerfall story.

I joined the Fighters Guild and was given my first quest, to kill a spider. Due to the random-element system, it could have chosen to spawn in just about any building, but instead, the quest giver informed me that the spider could be found "in the Fighters Guild." Huh. As soon as I closed the dialogue box, I was paralyzed and murdered. It was right beside me. :(

Sorry, I did mean to include both Arena and Daggerfall. I worded it wrong. Edit under way :P

I'm hoping that the Fork of Horripilation makes an appearance in Skyrim. Unfortunately, Big Head will probably be long dead.

He did turn up in oblivion though, which was around 100 years after morrowind. Unless his fork obsession got him in trouble (again), he probably has another 100 years left in him.

Oblivion takes place 7 years after Morrowind.

No, not at all. Oblivion was only 6 years after Morrowind.
