Might go myself but it depends on a few things.

I hear they're going to try out a new registration system this year since too many forgeries were happening in previous years.

Not exactly, they're just not mailing out the passes anymore in advance. You'll have to pick up your badge at the registration desks in the show lobby. I've done that before and it's not that bad a process. They did make it faster though, as they're doing electronic check ins. Not this year, tickets to LA are just to much money, I'll probably go next year though. Planning to take a good grands worth of spending money and a couple of Buds as there will be some pretty hard core items worth buying. Please don't be offended by anything shown above, I'm only stating my opinion, I mean no harm by any comments, replies and topic that I post in or about.
