It might be that Max Von Sydow is the most famous person to do voice work for Skyrim but I think Bethesda has an ace up their sleeve. I'm thinking there is another big name that Bethesda got an agreement to do voice work and he or she has either done voice work already for Skyrim or is going too later on in the year.

Me too, some decent no name actors would be great. Or even somewhat known low budget ones.

Kris Kristofferson. His appearance as Chief Hanlon in FONV was probably the best gaming moment I ever had. Deep deep dialogue (err, monologue) and story to him. I don't think anyone could have pulled it off better. In the event that Christopher Walken makes the game, there absolutely MUST be a reference to the Pulp Fiction watch speech. I bet the governator will be voicing a Nord. Clint Eastwood should do the voice of the Fighter's Guild leader!

I'd prefer they do Bioware's style, hiring talented and experienced Voice-Actors over famous people.


That being said, Max is simply amazing. His short performance in the trailer alone was epic.

Those three parts, are hard to find, together.
