I haven't seen this one show up, so I am wondering, since Bethesda seems to be loving to hire someone pretty Famous, so far all "A" list actors (yes that is male and female since they don't say actress anymore) who do you think it could be? What role would he or she play? Well since we don't know who it is, I guess it's more of a who would you like to see.

For me, I don't care. I say, save the money and put it to better use. I loved Qui Con-Gin in Fallout 3, I thought Proffesor Picard was good in Oblivion, haven't met Chandler yet in New Vegas. I guess after hearing Mr New Vegas and dreading him, I don't care for anyone famous anymore. He was so dull and had no character in him at all. You could tell all he was doing was just reading lines.

How about the homeless guy in Clevland? Not sure what role he could play. But he has an awsome voice.

Maybe Darth Simba? He could be the Dragon teacher or what ever the equivalent he is to be in Skyrim. Sorry not up to date on the TES lore anymore. Maybe the guy in Fallout 3 who did the "War, War never changes" to "Prisoner, you always start as a prisoner" for a gag.

Ok, it's past 2:30am, I can't sleep, and getting a delerious now. Sorry about that.

So if we are suppose to get a famous Actor, who would you like? Being serious now, I would like Ian Mc Kellen. I loved him in his roles as Gandalf. Maybe even Harrison Ford. He could be like an Indy type character for a few laughs. We haven't had a main female charcter. I know Linda Carter was in Morrowind and Oblvion, but I never knew what she did, or I mean, yeah that is Wonder Woman talking. I would like to see her get a main role like Azura or the girl we had in Arena. Sorry forget her name as well. (Yeah I am really bad with names.)

Call me crazy, but considering we already heard Max von Sydow's voice in the trailer it's likely to be him. :shrug:

There might be a few recognizable voice actors but I highly doubt we'll see anyone very famous, except Max Von Sydow, but you already knew that.

I hope they stick to just one celebrity (I'd prefer none)

Yeah.. he's playing Esbern.. One of the few surviving Blades and your characters mentor.. so.. That's a big name and really fantastic voice. He's also the only big named fantastic voice actor that hasn't appeared in a fantasy movie recently. So at least you won't be hearing him and thinking of Gandolf, Saruman or John Luc Picard.

Ian McKellen, also fun fact, he was the assassin in oblivion who killed Patrick Stewart. :batman: :no:

I wonder if Lynda Carter will return. Seeing how Nords will be the majority in Skyrim, I wonder if there will try to find a new voice.

No, instead I'll hear him and be thinking of a devious, Machiavellian Lamar Burgess from Minority Report. It's what I know him best from(that and The Exorcist).

Minority Report made so much of an impression on me that I forgot all of it by the time I left the theatre.

Who would follow you almost from the start of the game, wise cracking on all your actions, and pointing out your crimes to the surrounding people.

i choose no celebrities. better to hire some good unknowns (relatively) and put that money into some other part of game production that needs it.

I looked this guy up. I love his voice, it will fit perfectly into the game.

Max Von Sydow was mentioned to be cheaper than Liam Neeson, so the extra voice budget can be used for more of the other voice actors.

But I've recently seen Max Von Sydow in Minority Report, Robin Hood and Rush Hour 3, he's a pretty good actor but for all these games with big name voice actors generate little hype compared to word of mouth of how the game is; I would rather they get a proper writer/screenwriter or a great music composer.

Christopher Walken. He should just be sat in the corner of a tavern reading random books out loud.

I am hoping that they dont just hire 1 person to voice an entire race or 2, I would love to see more variation in the voices and accents of people of the same race, more unique voices for unique characters.

I like this one, he should also be a chicken farmer. And a trainer, the more i think about it, the more i actually want Christopher Walken in a TES game.

David Bowie should play some random high elf trainer out in the wild.

I like her work too. But since we're going to have so many Nords, it would be nice if there were more (fe)male voice actors for them. One voice for all Nords is just too little.
