I also like how they have given out a free pet for in game looks awesome i wonder if the monkey sits on your shoulder.

Zenimax has said they was not going to have a traditional open beta, but i;m sure you can guess this is how the open beta is going to be handled. With that being said. Not only have they invited millions into beta, but they have also allowed each person invited to bring a friend along as well. So if 3 mil invites went out then you can see 6 mil people possible in this beta.

yup this is pretty much their open Beta, I'd imagine it's hard not to get invited.

they gave everyone a "friend code", so pretty safe bet to say they want A LOT of players online, so anyone who singed up got in most likely.

They are going to have one more beta after this one as well. Thats the one thats going to be their version of open beta.

I have to admit, ZeniMax is sure trying to have the smoothest launch of any MMO, EVER.. Its also a great marketing tool
