Not even close. Am I missing out? Which questline is the best?

I am just curious to those on the forums still, who has finished Morrowind. Yes I know Morrowind is an opened ended game and dosn't end like the original ending for Fallout 3. Basically I am asking is those who have completed the main quest, and the expansion quests and did what you flet was there is to do in Morrowind.

For me, I think I got through half way through the main quest, and really havn't gotten far in Tribunal or Blood moon. I have over 250 hours or more playing Morrowind though. I guess resartitis gets in the way all the time :).

So for you guys, have you finsished the Main Quests or not?

Well my vote is yes, I usually just make a character and run around killing undead, deadra, outlaws, vampires, & dark brother hood etc. Finally did the game main quest with the two expansion main quests. Now as far as I know I just need to get the bloodmoon side quests and all official quests will be done for my wood elf archer, a werewolf with werewolf game play enhancement mods. I love change at will and werewolf forget with werewolf stats leveling up when you play your mer/humanoid form.

I have to say no. I have completed the Morrowind MQ, Tribunal and Bloodmoon MQs with four characters of different races and can safely say I have not done everything. My characters do not do a lot of swimming so there are a lot of Grottos and shipwrecks I have not visited and there are some quests that they simply will never do. So I guess I will never beat the game. I don't really care if I ever do. I play for fun not for completion.

In several years of playing, I've completed the MQ twice, and at least the Almalexia "side" of TB once. Never finished BM, although I probably got about half-way through it. Have risen to high rank and built strongholds in two houses; never "finished" either. Completed two Guilds, never got far in most of the other factions.

I can still find plenty of new things to do, if the character story calls for it. I just explored a new section of Azura's Coast roughly a month ago, which I had never seen before, and explored at least a half-dozen previously unvisited sites in that area. Generally, though, my characters don't have much of a reason to go to those remote corners of the map, but I've seen almost all of the "routine" places and nearly all of the sites near the major towns by now. It might take a few more years of playing before I can say that I've seen almost everything.

I have never finished the expansions, I did beat Dagoth Ur once, I seem to like leveling characters and rp, and also making modifications. I am learning things every day, like today I changed bad, old, leaves for newer ones, modifying somebody's modification. I always plan to do the expansions, just I start over a lot, mostly due to mod conflicts and game errors. I think I will run the main quest right now with my level 45 sharpshooter. ty for the reminder.

I'm on my fourth character, and I've completed the main quest once, but I have yet to complete any other questline. I've been to Mournhold and Solstheim, but I haven't started either main quests. I've never started the Temple, Imperial Cult, or Morag Tong lines. Never done a Daedric quest.

I take my time with Morrowind. I'm actually reluctant to start new quests, because I know I can never do them again "for the first time". It's like I'm reading a really great book that I can't put down, but I don't want it to end. I burned through Oblivion and Fallout 3. I want to savor this one. I just moved from the 360 to the computer, so I have mods and the CS to explore too.

Not yet, I'm starting a new character again. Sometimes I play far then take a break, forget what I was doing with the character, and start over. Also, most of my characters choose not to do the main quest.

This is just what I am doing. I play the character quite a bit, then I get distracted by other games or something else. When I return to Morrowind, I have forgotten what I wanted to do with this character. So I start all over.

The furthest I've been in the main quests was that I've met Vivec for the first time after becoming Hortator and Nerevarine; in Tribunal I met Almalexia for the first time or I was about to explore a Dwemer ruin below this city; and I haven't done more than escorting the construction workers to Raven Rock in Bloodmoon.

I've finished the original main quest four or five times, the Tribunal main quest twice and the Bloodmoon main quest once.

I enjoy doing the main quest, although some parts can be extremely tiresome. My favourite is definately the Bloodmoon MQ, but that's probably because I love every thing about Bloodmoon (hence why I've only completed the MQ once; I get distracted far more easily in Solsthiem).

I've also finished all of the guilds and houses with the exception of House Telvanni and the Imerial Cult. I'll do them someday; I've always gotten distracted by mods though. :P

The MQ? Sure I've finished it. It's not bad, though I can understand why some people are frustrated by it. I can also understand why some people never get around to it. There is a lot to do (but I have found time for most of it).

I've beat the main quest a few times, yeah. The Hortator/Ashlander part was boring though, I wanted to stick my boot up Azura's ass for making me jump through so many hoops.

A few times. Morrowind's main quest is one of the most intricate I've ever played, so I have only done it a few times. Tribunal...three times I think? And just once for Bloodmoon.

I'm surprised that so few people have finished the MQ. I figured that with Morrowind being available for the better part of a decade that more than 3/4 of it's players would have (those that voted here anyway.) I suppose it's just another testament to the games epicness. :twirl:

I just finished the MQ for the first time, yesterday... although I have Morrowind since its release, I always had so much to do, exploration, guild quests and what ever. And after a few weeks, I usually created a new char. Well, this time I will get Tribunal as well as Bloodmoon MQ, too. :celebration:

Personally, I think the main quests of all the Elder Scrolls games are the least interesting aspects of the games. I did Morrowind and Oblivion's main quests once when the games were first released. That was enough for me.

Well, I only own the game for about a year now. But yes, I tend to play it in binges, and one binge is not enough to finish the entire main quest. After the binge, I forget what this character was supposed to do and roll a new one instead. The low levels are the most fun anyway.

As for Oblivion, which I do own a couple of years by now, I only finished the MQ once. I was badly disappointed by it, so I never really felt compelled to finish the MQ again. I follow it up to the point where Oblivion Gates open all over the place and just leave it at that point, normally. Speed-clearing those gates is a hobby of mine.

I've finished it once. I'm getting back into the game and before I buy Oblivion, I'm going to tinker around with Morrowind again.

Using glitches (or the console, if I'm on PC) to quickly level up and equip my character, then using glitches to remove any permanent enchantments, helps me avoid boredom.

I do this a lot too. Eventualy I get a binge that last longer than normal. That's when I go for the MQ! I've still only beaten it once though.

I agree!

I didn't even get that far. I mostly just use Oblivion as a break between Morrowind binges.

I have finished the main quest, but I am far from finished with the game. I still have quite a few guilds I haven't completed, I'm one quest away from finishing Tribunal and about halfway in Bloodmoon. Not to mention there are probably still loads of regular quests I haven't done.

I got the game when I was only about 10 (I'm now 17) and didn't play it much for the first few years, all I did was run around the western side of the continent, training my character (he only got to level 20 lol) and I didn't really do any quests, I was ignorant about a lot of parts of the game because at that age I just wasn't curious enough to try some stuff out, like go into caves or find out what 'divine intervention' did. I just ran around and fought stuff lol, and I loved it. Now I'm playing again and I'm level 20, finished the fighters guild but not the main quest.
