The more I play the Classic mode, the more I like it. Seems to be nicer to play without cloaking, camping mofos. If you like the Classic mode, let us know. I enabled a Classic mode server and soon afterward, the server started to populate on it's own. That's a good sign. At the moment it's a 12 player server playing IA, but Let me know what you like and let's see what we can do.

yeah, its a change for meanwhile, i play it somestimes too, and how its called the mode where calssic soldiers have to defend "pc-terminals" from nanosuite soldiers? thats funny too. what i would see suitable, like the zombie-mode in CALL FO DUTY: BLACK OPS, crytek could make alien-mode. yeah i think i make a topic about that:D

I demand zombie mode in crysis, stat. Theres even a freaking virus in single player.

Thanks for your opinion. Although you must live in a shell. One of the most popular servers runs in Classic mode, so there must be a lot of players that like it.

Classic is a nice change of pace, and it is very effective at neutering my cloaked/silenced/marshal pals. My play seems to improve, too, with no cloak. Awareness goes up, and its fun when that happens-- so does strategy.

Theres a few no-frills NFO classic-mode servers that do pretty well; I would guess the DDD one should do even better. Do you intend it to be another LEET proving ground, or is that a brand like ARMAGEDDON seems to be?

I like classic. Its a good change once in a while. You could really feel the lack of the suit. Agree with CH4NCE, now its not just jumping in the middle of a fight. You need to crouch & survey the area.

Its really nice in Sanctuary.

I found a glitch though (posted another topic on this) that happened a while ago @ DDD. I had a suit & the other player didn't (no not in assault, it IA-Classic). LOL. Please investigate, I wouldn't want to be accused of hacking.

I made some changes to the rotation. It's now a mix of TIA, IA and CrashSite. We'll be on it a lot over the next few days. Drop in and give us some feed-back.
