Who misses the signature "FALLOUT DEATH MUSIC"...ME!

Post » Thu Mar 17, 2016 1:53 pm

Silly post but seriously... Why did they get rid of it in favor of something soooooo much more inferior? I loved hearing my death in FO3 and FNV. In fact, I would jump off cliffs sometimes just to hear the melodious glory which would bring joy to my every fiber. Now... :nope: :sadvaultboy: a silent beat makes me sad indeed.

Was there some huge outcry to oust this from frustrated whiny babies who died all the time or did they just feel that they could out do one of the most memorable sounds for Fallout? :nope: :sadvaultboy:

I hadn't heard that in so long - I'm always RELOADING a saved game. Guess I don't like to dwell on my failures.

I always hum it when I die, so I never really noticed it until just recently. Now I'm just cracked up from the strange grunts the SS makes when he dies. (Wow, I sound demented)

Yup, I miss the old death music too. Would have been a cool bit of nostalgia to hear it this time around.
