After a bit of looking I am thinking these guys may be for real, seems the snap up old missile silos, and bomb shelters and refurbish em.

They have been buying up old decommissioned military shelters. Anywhere from 6 to 8 months ago, they were featured on programs like Dateline and 60 Minutes.

Of course there are some ridiculous things up on thier site. but, as a business, they are going to list all fo the things that other people may feel they need a fallout shelter to combat.
its not as if they came up with Planet X or solar flares or any of that. they just don't discriminate between the multitude of things that are unlikely to happen.. thats the very nature of their business, to insure there is a place to go when those things that people didn't think would happen do.
