Who is running trough the bathroom? : Fallout 4

i was watching the the fallout 4 e3 Presentation and i noticed someone running (looks like a raider?) behind the characters.

It is at 6:05 - 6:07 right after someone says "beard!" for a splitt second in the official e3 presentation at the gamesas youtube channel.

if it was during the Character Creation, then what you see behind them is Codsworth moving around the house. If not during Character Creation, then i am unsure of it.

I wonder what he was supposedly doing back there. He wasn't still for very long, he kept zooming by the door every few seconds! I think he was trying to get a peek at the Missus doing something bathroomy! Pervy Codsworth!

Keep in mind things was being sped up when he did that, so I just think its him going from one house chore to the next.
