Who should I kill?

Has-No-Heart has decided to kill every annoying person there is. I've already slaughtered all those annoying redguards in whiterun and toss their bodies in that little moat infront of dragonsreach. I don't want your opinion on how I should treat my wife, whether I should be a sellsword, and I do go to the cloud district very often.

I'm in the process of gutting all those annoying guards. With the old arrow injuries, they'll never catch me.
