It's the character's personality profile and script that sux so bad. I don't think the guy is a bad actor with a bad voice. Alas, due to the fact that he also voiced Nasir in Skyrim and all I could see is Tri Pup talking to my character. Then I found out he was essential. So I made a mod to replace him with a different character that was a mute, as I removed the voice file.

I would like the player to be the DJ as for the news guy I Ron Perlman would be good after all it seemed to be what he did in the trailer.

I honestly see no reason why we cant pick the songs out of the pip boy and order them or omit them at our leisure.

The problem with Three Dog and to a large extent New Vegas was that they didnt have enough music to speech and old news kept repeating. They need to take a page from Rockstar and have it sound like a real radio station. It was no fun hearing that I'd disarmed the Megaton bomb for the 8 millionth time. Either add more songs or add more speech.

A useful twit who doesn't fight the good fight with his voice. Who doesn't stalk the player's every action. If he's a blabber mouth, he may as well spend that energy talking about points of interest to the player. Or information the player would find useful. I don't need a recap of the player's heroics.

I personally like it if the radio reacts on my actions.But i prefered the style of Mr New Vegas. He did tell about your actions, without speaking about you personally.

I hope there is a greater selection of stations.

Maybe faction stations, raider, old wastelander, android/robot, an interactive one we could plug our personal music into would be amazing(albeit immersion breaking for some). I also would like more banter aka GTA radio style. Whatever it is I will be happy to delve back into the FO universe.

Three Dog without a doubt. His voice made Fallout 3 that much more enjoyable.

I don't see why tabitha would be there? I wouldn't mind Three Dog but I'd prefer someone new, or both. I hope it's handled more like New Vegas where the guy talks about grand world events as if it's real news and just so happens to be based around your in-game actions.

Also I mainly listened to the radio for the music, and Enclave played the best stuff.

It would make very little sense for 3D to come back as a live DJ. They'd have to pull some crap like pretending a DC station would reach Boston because radiation reasons and that'd be silly. MAYBE as some sort of Easter Egg, like you find a random disk laying around, which is just an audio file him howling, and your Pip Boy just calls it "Hell if I know!" Erik Todd Dellums is a very good VA in my opinion so I'll be happy to hear him but I'm pretty sure he'll voice someone else entirely unrelated.

Tabitha would make even less sense.

Kill Three Dog and Margaret takes over GNR. She isn't anywhere close to Three Dog in the enthusiasm department, though.

I've been watching someone play fallout 3 lately and the streamer had Galaxy News Radio on. I'm actually shocked at how annoying I find Three Dogs nowadays, the entire time a lot of people and I were telling the streamer to kill Three Dogs.


Now there is a DJ idea I can get behind.
