As it stands, the game doesn't offer an "African" accent, but only a "Jamaican".

The black Security guy in the beginning of the first CC video sounds like he has an African accent - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RmKZchM0AiE&t=0m45s

From the videos, the securities commanding officer and the russian sounding guy in the grey tang top that was with the Resisties seem to be leaders and consistent.So most likely, I'm just assuming too, that the other characters in the cut-scenes are bots and created avatars. Their accents are probably randomized for bots, while the avatars will speak in the accents we choose for them. This is just one big guess, but it's possible,no?

I honestly can't tell if its Jamaican or African. If it is African, then woohoo. I'm changing my character's concept.

I wanna know the the accent from that CPU from the cutscene when Paul does the container city walk through you know th one that goes

Recieving fire! Receiving enemie fire! while hes hinding behind some barrel just cause it sounds funny

No offence to anyone whom has that kind of accent just pointing it out

ou o, i hope there is a hispanic accent. From the earily videos it showed El Salvadorian tattoos for your characters, and I thought that is so bad ass seeing my home country being represented. You can't get more revolutionary then a latino. ( sorry if I offend anyone with this comment <3 )

I remember them saying how you don't play a main focus, and your just another grunt in the background moving boxes or doing other grunty stuff. You're not suppose to the "chosen one" your just a soldier. I don't know how it will play out in multiplayer though.
