Its just a Veteran ranger, which shows that Obsidian favored the NCR most.[censored] the NCR.

the chose a ranger cause he looks uber badass
and the legion got just as much content as the NCR

List all the NCR quests. Then list all the Legion quests.

One list will be longer than the other, and its not the Legion's.

And thats just one example of how there is more NCR content. What about settlements? shopkeepers? companions? All have more for the NCR.

All true. Seems to be that they expected just about everyone to go the NCR or independent route, completely screwing over anyone who goes pure Legion. Hopefully the DLC has enough Legion content to make up for this but meh... I kinda doubt it.
