So, I got attacked by some hired bandits/thugs. I killed them and took their contract. Evidently I pissed a dude named Basma off because I stole some [censored]. Thing is... I've googled to find his location and there is NOTHING about a Basma in Skyrim. Not a damn thing.

I've downloaded some mods, but I don't think that this guy is from a mod, because I haven't dowloaded many mods that add NPCs. I'm 90 percent sure he's not from a mod. But... I could be wrong.

Anyone know who and where this Basma is? I need to make a surprise visit!

He definitely does not exist in vanilla. So he/she/it is from a mod.

You said you don't have many mods that add NPC's, so does that mean you do have some that add? If you don't know then give us your load order for further investigation if it means that much to you I have many that add NPC's but never ran across that name, so I'm no help atm.

UNP clothing merchants: I don't remember stealing from them.
Dragon Fall Manor: I didn't add this mod, my boyfriend did, I have no idea what it is and I didn't even know I had it enabled.
Hyrule Castle: Same thing as above ^
The Stretch: There was nothing there to steal. And as far as I could tell no one there besides unfinished monsters.
