This is my 4th or 5th character (with heavy time investment not counting "short" characters). Ive played Skyrim for 350 hours or so.

In every single game Moira sends thugs after me for "stealing". My curiosity cant handle it anymore - who IS she? I mean nomatter what character I play, nomatter if its a good or evil one - Moira wants me DEAD

The funny thing is that even after 350+ hours played I still dont know who she is! She must really bear a grudge forwhatever I did to her in whatever past life.

Moira is an eccentric junk dealer who sends you off through minefields, to test "repellent" on pest critters which turns out to actually be deadly to them, to break your legs, to irradiate yourself, to ....err, wait, wrong game.

She is a Hagraven i believe apart of The Night To Remember quest

She's a Hagraven who is part of the quest "A Night to Remember", if you have stolen anything of value from her sister, Anise, then she will always send thugs to kick your ass into shape.

At least she sewed a smiley face in you, to keep up your spirits. It was kind of hard to see from our side though... Those magnets and Brahmin milk of hers really did take the edge off of radiation sickness though.

Get your Medicine to 75, and you can avoid that.
I wonder if certain names get reused... there was a Little Lamplighter named Lucia (Lucy for short). Now a kid in Skyrim with the same name. Maybe someone at Bethesda has a daughter named Lucia. And maybe someone else has a Moira at home...

Bethesda reuses names between games all the time. There was a Sarethi family in Morrowind as well as Skyrim. There are Boderi Faranos in both Morrowind and Oblivion, etc...
