Leave her inventory and she'll put on the Recruit Helmet. Access her inventory again, and remove the Recruit Helmet. She will now be wearing her glasses, without any other headwear. This allows you to see her hairstyle.

Anyway, on topic: It's a tie between Veronica, Diane and Sunny Smiles for me. Diane has the cutest voice in gaming, Sunny Smiles is sweet, but Veronica is good-looking, sweet and darn sixy when she punches her way through an army of Legion losers.
