Who do you think is the oldest looking NPC in Skyrim? One of the Graybeards? One of the Jarls? Maybe a tavern patron somewhere or a farmer?

I am thinking maybe Vignar Graymane. Maybe Arngeir?

The Greybeard that can speak looks pretty damned old.

Octieve San looks old, but he's only about 20% of Neloth's age. With the different longevity of the various races, it's not easy to decide what's "old-looking".

And of course, Grelod is on the brink of hitting her expiry date, but she's much younger than Serana.

Tolfdir! Yes, another old looking man. Jarl Skald may be balding, but he does not seem as old looking as some other NPCs to me. Lilith strikes me as quite wrinkly, too

I murder and ravage Anise every playthrough

Frida, the Apothecary (Alchemist) in Dawnstar for Female.

Tolfdir for Male, He is a Master of Alteration.

I imagine Festus Krex would be it, he looks wrinkly as a raisin.

Dengier and Runil are also pretty old looking.
