So does Tiber Septim count?
Oh yes and how she knows why you were there and happily helped you... She's smart and hilarious.
As for other people... That one Snow Elf and the Greybeards.
I got to go with the Dragonborn on this one solves almost everyone's problems.
Adrianne Avenicci (sigh)
"You think all the council my father provides the Jarl is his alone? Hmph. Let's just say I advise the advisor, and leave it at that."
Love her big bits.
id say Septimus, knowing all the knowledge he possessed was what drove him to insanity anyway. He knows alot, just cant really tell it, as he's a bit too mad to do so
With persons I meant human beings. No dragons, Deadra, Vampires, Animals, Gods, Princes or half humans.
OK so that means no Argonians, Khajiit , Orc's or Bretons? Human being human and Mer being Mer and Bretons being both...
The mortal races of Tamriel he means.
Paarthurnax is Ehlnofey. Immortal.
The OP's question is quite flawed. How does one define "smart" in this case?
I mean, I am fairly certain that while Calcelmo, Esbern, and Tolfdir are excellent and well-reputed scholars, they would likely be "out-smarted" by Tullius or Ulfric when it comes to strategizing in warfare. Or Maven and Thonar when it comes to maintaining a business (and engaging in organized crime).
you are wrong. The answer is nobody, except the Greybeards and Paarthurnax
LOL, the best part about all that blind Tullius praise is that no one even knows how exactly the whole ambush went down.
For all we know, Tullius could have taken a town hostage or done something else on that level of depravity.
There is obviously a spy in the ranks of the Stormcloaks, it is just no one wants to believe it.
