In terms of "evenness" Miraak should be excluded. He's Dragonborn, and clearly surpasses all the others, and is the third most powerful Dragonborn in existence. You should remove him from this poll. Otherwise, there is no true competition, as no one except the LDB and Tiber Septim can really compete with him.

Ahzidal- Best enchanter in Tamriel

Konahriik- He is Alduin chosen Warlord

Nahkriin- Given the task of guarding your lords portal to Sovngarde

Since Miraak is excluded on account of him being a traitor and servant to a Daedric Prince, I will nominate Vahlok as the contender for strongest and awesomest Dragon Priest. He served Bormahu with honor and valor (because Alduin is a liar and and an usurper) and nearly defeated Miraak.

Though I find it quite shameful that he:

Was nothing more than a footnote in the DB MQ and was only encountered as a hostile enemy
Lacks a cool Stalhrim mask
Was no where to be found in Sovngarde

Period.

What? Did you go in naked and punch him or something? I had a harder time with Krosis than I did Hevnoraak.
