Umm...how about you ask this question, let's say maybe a week before Skyrim's release? I'm pretty sure if you started now, you could do one or two quests a day and still have enough time to do again before release.

Not really about Skyrim, so I'm locking this.

Nor is this a particulary hard thing to do, especially now during the summer when there's no school. 2 weeks should be more than enough.
