The guy with the gravely voice who voices some Imperials... the male shopkeeper from Riverwood and a slew of other voices from multiple races. A little vauge I know but I know he voiced the Riverwood Shopkeeper. Does anyone know his name? The actor that is?

Not sure if it's who you're talking about, but I think one of the voices is the guy from Battlestar Galactica - the XO with the drunk/crazy wife. I last heard his voice in Solitude, talking to the general lady next to the war map.
