Could you please be more specific?
How can you determine "the best players"? The ones with the most kills? The ones with the most objectives completed? The one with the most xp? I could go on if I want.

The best playstyle is always the one that adapts depending on the situation.

most likely there will be diffrent top players for diffrent things like xp,kills,missions completed, unlocking all the outfits and so on...thats just my opinion

Its impossible to say since the game wont have leaderboards. I'm sure a handful of skilled players will be put on a pedestal; but that's more of a popularity contest rather than an actual measure of skill.

Guess you could compare tourny results, but the top competitive players are always changing.

Then it's simply impossible to determine the best player. Because you have different bodytypes and different classes and different types of "best players".
How can you even determine best players before the game has even launched? You could speculate in general, but that's all pure theorycrafting.

This is basically impossible to tell because 1.) no leaderboards 2.) The game isn't even out yet, and 3.) We don't have enough info on the classes or maps to decide which strategies will work effectively for which team and so on

Regardless if it's a night mission or not, it's not going to be so dark, that you can hide without being seen. And just so you know, players can have skills that can detect your presence, even if they can't see you.
