I think the Adoring Fan should be a bard, and actually sing songs about you. The YouTube links I wanted are down, so this will have to do:

That would be funny. The hatred towards him would be intensified immensely, and I would take even greater pleasure in killing him. And Bethesda, you wouldn't even have to make many songs for him to sing, because repetitive=annoying.

a drunk-off-his-ass dunmer who follows you around telling you about his stories. the annoying man in FO3 would work great in this game i think

A bosmer wearing rags but if you make fun of him summons armor and make some sort of reference such as "back rub" and then procides to stab you and about as tough as gaenor.

Would be a nice twist and a good reference to morrowind.

It's amazing how everyone decided to be immature and interpret that as something nasty. Since then, the male Bosmer have only become progressively more and more unrealistic as characters, and more and more annoying. It's a cute running gag, but I wish it to end or at least only apply to one or two NPCs in TES V.

That is to say, I think, especially if this is up in Skyrim, a wandering merchant would be a very good candidate - he could come off as an annoying con-artist to you at first, then proceed to lose his caravan, go into a spiralling depression, enter a drunken rage, destroy all of Winterhold, and then...ah, forget it.

I hope they let us continue to kill Adoring Fans they are so much fun to kill. But having slaves which you have brought from a slave house would be pretty fun to kill too. The other thing i hope they let us kill is main characters when the story line is over and done. I am still upset that i am not king.

Hhmmm? Arquen? No too tall. Somone his size I really don't see short female Bosmers that often who would enjoy a relationship with him.

How about a redguard who keeps insisting you stop so he can kneel and pray four times a day etc. That would be annoying.

We need a new stereotype to kill. "Vaguely homosixual little fruit" is getting old after two games.

Why not BRING ALL THREE BACK?
AF would tell you that the Grand Champion braught him to Die Rock,shot an arrow at his leg then he ran like hell to Skyrim,as the borders where disabled the GC coudn't follow him.
Fargoth or something would tell you the Nerevarine (the PC) brought his ring back. And Gra something would tell you he gave him 1.001.150 and more if i remember right to purchase some armor,then attacked him.

Only this annoying individual gets all the womenz/menz/creatures attention becasue he has a fortify personality constant effect going on.
In fact, he's so shmexy people fight over HIM.
