Who would fit as a husband for my character?

Post » Mon Jun 17, 2013 6:20 am

Her name's Hrafna. She's a skilled warrior, she's also a Necromancer with frost destruction.

Anyway, her personality and appearance is the big reason why I can't come up with a fitting candidate.

Personality:

Depressed

Mentally unstable

Kindhearted, though she has issues showing that.

Silent at most times.

Interested in the night and darkness.

For a warrior/mage hybrid, surprisingly artistic and poetic.

She also loves to sing and write poetry.

Appearance:

Very Gothy. A pale skin with black hair and black eyeshadow, aswell as black lips. Young, 20 years old and a Nord.

Also, I would like it if that character is a follower, such as a housecarl or whatever.

Hrafna isn't a companion either, so men like Farkas are unable to marry her.

I considered Argis The Bulwark myself. But I am not very sure.

Do you have any ideas?

What factions does she belong to? So we can rule them out or count them in, I mean.

Also, are you on PC?

Unfortunately, I believe the necromancy rules most wizards out, since it's so shunned upon - otherwise, I would have suggested Marcurio or Onmund.

She's with the College of Winterhold, The Bard's College and will join the Dawnguard. She's also a Stormcloak.

I am on ps3 but I will switch to pc soon. Where I will restart this character.

I got a feeling that a warrior would fit her, but I am not sure. Hrafna is a skilled smith aswell so she could put her husband in ebony armor and other dark looking gear.

There are very few goth-looking men out there.

He doesn't have to be goth-looking.

Hrafna happens to look like that herself, but that's just her way of showing her interests.

I have already looked there, that's where I got Argis the Bulwark.

An intimidating and rough fellow could make a fit for her.

Dont marrry a dude, marry a chick. Sound like she's perfect for Jordis.

Never marry dudes in Skyrim. Never.

Argis IS a good choice, I must say. He looks good in a rugged way, he's a faithful housecarl who kicks ass in battle, he has that lovely growly voice and always sounds nice and like he genuinly like being around. And he comes with a cozy little house with skulls as decoration. :P

If she wants hot, go with Argis!

If looks doesn't matter... Well Onmund is an option (he's more underbit than a bulldog, but he seems nice). Quintus Navale, apprentice to Nurelion could maybe be another option? Not much to look at, but seems nice enough, and being an alchemist he shouldn't be a complete stranger to mages and their little whims.

The biggest reason is because I have always felt that housecarls have a bit of a personality you can decide yourself. So I could make Argis the big tough guy with a golden heart, if I want to.

Oh and dark chicks like Hrafna love growly voices. :)
