Am I the only one who finds the word "dubstep" irrationally infurating?

No. I also find that "dubstep" music is just a bunch of sounds.

By the by... the only reason I thought of this was simply because years ago when I heard the Morrowind melody I was blown away. And seeing as this music thing is my only skill Id do something with it :/

This guy wants to pay tribute to ES by remixing it's theme and people are dissing him... this is a sad forum sometimes :shakehead:

If you can find a way to pull it off I'd wanna hear it :goodjob:

i've been wanting a good dubstep mix of the TES theme for a while. the Battlefield theme, too. i haven't found anything, though.

once Skyrim's released i was planning on throwing my hat into the ring and doing a big (orchestral) medley of major TES themes. maybe i'll do a dubstep medley instead, if only to irritate people who go LOL WOBSTEP.

ed MAYBE I'LL COMBINE THE ELDER SCROLLS THEME AND THE BATTLEFIELD THEME INTO ONE. HOLY [censored].

Oooh yes! And then maybe we could get someone to do it in twangy old-school Country and Western style, or traditional "Dueling Banjos" style Bluegrass!

...and then I can die screaming in mental anguish, with blood pouring out my ears.

I've heard good and bad dubstep, and although most might disagree with me which ones are which, I'd like a Skyrim remix very much - if done right.

but still my opinion stands it wont work and heres why the skyrim theme has a slow tempo most dubstep songs have a fast tempo or a medium speed tempo

I really don't think the http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=35cKvLz0ipw would be an http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uZnpikoHNWw.
I think the biggest problem would be if someone did it who thinks that the "wobble" makes it a dubstep remix. It can only end horribly, like so many others I have heard.
