Who would suit the dragons voice well?

Post » Sat Feb 19, 2011 11:40 am

So what about it, would your choice be for all the dragons or just Alduin. Maybe there will be one dragon who makes a companion role, We don't know.
I might add links to examples later.

Quite simply a voice actor. I would rather somebody unknown who suits the role over a name anyday.

Decided out of all the ideas I had I like him as a Dragon voice best:

I voted Sean Connery, but only as a good dragon :D Also if it doesnt cost that much. I would rather have more voice actors for the different people than less because of more cost, I don't want people sounding alike as much as Oblivion.

Christopher Walken as Generic Dragons and John Travolta as Alduin

"I been trapped here for hundreds of years and I finally got a chance to escape, oh my gawd!"

Seriously though, anyone good, they don't have to be famous.

Peter Jessop, Sovereign in Mass Effect: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JvrIFIjTGt0

Keith Szarabajka, Harbringer in Mass Effect 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OaRdcVYTjRw

A combination of those two perhaps. It sounds pretty good I think. But a dragon should sound more "real" and less like a computer.
In any case, the voice should be dark and deep.

Geoffry Holder known to most from the old 7-up ommercials, a Bond movie, or from Broadway.

He has a great voice and laugh, and he's pretty much an unknown now.

Mikael's growl would be a great dragon like noise with some effects on it.

I think Micheal Dorn would be perfect for draconian because of his deep voice and experience speaking Klingon.

We need more options. What about...

1. Bobcat Goldthwait
2. Gilbert Gottfried
3. Macho Man Randy Savage

But seriously. I would have to agree with whoever said Ron Pearlman. Good choice.

William Elliot Whitmore for sure. That man has such a incredible deep voice. If you've ever finished red dead redemption the song that play at the end that has no music just a guy's voice and it still sounds amazing? Yeah. That's William Elliot Whitmore. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XxKckHuHx_0

If they were speaking English maybe and don't get me wrong I love Ron but he's not cut out for Draconian.
