You mean the same great houses who've been decimated by the fall of lie rock and eruption of Red Mountain? Who've lost their own province to Disaster and Argonians?

Yes those great houses lol. Also @ JagarTharn The empire still has great control over morrowind during the time of the Oblivion Crisis. Why else would vivec give up the Numidium?

The honorable and glorious Great House Redoran, greatest of the Great Houses, is undefeatable.

I think the Nerevarine proved that one wrong when he crushed their leader in a duel. The Daedra also proved that wrong when they sacked Ald'Ruhn so badly that not even the ressurected Emperor crab could save them.

Which one? Also, we all know that Cyrus could defeat the Nerevarine with ease.

The Nerevarine was stronger than the old leader, now the honorable and glorious Great House Redoran, greatest of the Great Houses, is simply even more powerful. The Daedra simply caught them by surprise; the Daedra have no honor.

Redoran's honor is a pointless code used to explain their defeats. The tactical superiority of the Daedra is far more useful than the worthless tactical inferiority of House Redoran.

@JJgreen, Cyrus is the protagonist of redguard.

You're essentially pitting the Nerevarine against the Shezarrine/Sheogorath against a humanoid dragon. Honestly, from a lore-based viewpoint, I think the "CoC" (not his most powerful title, in my opinion) would win, hands down.

Well, in MY world, COC and the Nerevarine are the Exact same person, and the Dovakiin is their great great grandson, so I refuse to take any part in Suicide and/ Or Kinslaying.

He also knew Dagon's Protonymic and neonymic, had a weapon forged from Dagon's essence, and possessed the saviour's hide. While he did win, it was because of the artifacts and knowledge of the protonymic and neonymic.

It has never been used to explain any defeats for the honorable and glorious Great House Redoran, greatest of the Great Houses. The Daedra only won, because they caught Ald-Ruhn by surprise.
