I'll always stand by you, friend.

Honestly I'd rather not see Ulfric as the high king, I don't buy into the "skilled politician and skilled military leader" crap, he just has a loud mouth, that's all I see he has. Brunwulf would be nice but at the same time I think he should just stick to Windhelm.

Balgruuf the Greater. He respects the Nords' traditions, he cares about his subjects, and he doesn't seem particularly power-hungry.

Okay, what about Neloth? He'd be the first dunmer high king AND he's awesome to boot.

Then again, I don't think he'd wanna be bothered with all that....

He'd have a Canis root throne, Canis root bed, Canis root plates and bowls, Canis root cups and the royal guards would wear Canis root Armour.

VOTE FOR NELOTH. Maybe he's from england.

Neloth not wanting power over a people? He would have a field day! Every Mundas is "Experiment Day". Just remember not to scream to loudly as he has sensitive ears

As stated before Ulfric is very suitable to be the High King. He would be good and strong leader for Skyrim.
Another person suitable for leading the counrty is Vignar Gray-Mane. His wisdom, patience and rightfulness would lead Skyrim in the right direction.
The third option is not as suitable for a role of King as the others I mentioned, but he is strong leader and fine warrior. He is the one in Skyrim I respect the most. I would follow him into the depths of Oblivion and back if needed. My loyalty and respect is always with Galmar Stone-Fist no matter what happens and one day we'll both feast in Sovngarde.

Extends hospitality to strangers, even non-Nords (even lesser daedra). Thus showing by deed that he is no xenophobe.

Cares for his family.

Is neither a traitor nor a fool.

Is respected, even by his Jarl.

Shows no sign of corruption.

Spoiler
Alvor, for High King.

Elisif, my personal choice.... after I have killed off the war-mongering generals everywhere that are messing things up.
