I voted "Delphine", and honestly, I'd love to slap her face off of her skull...

Nazeem; he's just arrogant, but with no quests tied to him he just pathetically wanders Whiterun for all eternity. He can be avoided, therefore he's not that annoying to me.

Serana; my issue with her is that she won't. shut. up. Other than vocalizing everything, she's a great follower and kicks ass in battle. Like Nazeem, she can be avoided, so her slap-a-ho rating is nominal.

Olfrid Battle-born; He's a proud old Nord who errantly assumes that I'd have heard of him. Like Nazeem, he's arrogant and completely invested in his own superiority. Aside from the Thieves Guild Quests (which I never even start), you don't have to have anything to do with him so like the other two, he's easily avoidable so I really never feel the need to kick his teeth in.

Then there's... her.

Delphine: former Blade, Stealth/Warrior, Worthless. I have never met a more arrogant, ignorant, worthless person in all of my time in this game. I like the Adoring Fan better than Delphine. The Graybeards are completely correct about her and the Blades as a whole. They say they "serve" the Dragonborn, but they seek to use you instead. Use you for their own personal vendettas. Use you to make themselves seem like they're actually credible. Use you to do all of the heavy lifting in a fight because they are simply incompetent. I would rather have an option in the Main Quest to sell her and Esbern out to the Thalmor. That would be worth my time. Make her non-essential after you find Skyhaven. Launching her across half of Tamriel to create a new area called "Delphinefell" is a dream my Avatars have quite often. So yeah, Delphine easily wins this Award of svck.

No...she's not. It's just the random dialogue every Follower has, but hers is much more frequent. And when I'm sneaking around a dungeon trying to take out six or seven Draugr Deathlords without being seen once, and she's pvssyring on and on and on... she needs to be thankful she's marked as essential.

That's crossed my mind before. Of course, the Thalmor want you dead too, so maybe they wouldn't listen. It's best to just send Elenwen a letter.
It's all the more tempting once you find out what happens to soul trapped people.
