Who would you most want to have a beer with in Skyrim?

This. chats with paarthy pal are always interesting.

I dunno if she would accept a drink, probably not, but I would enjoy a chat with Idgrod Ravencrone.

Talsgar the Wanderer: Someone who introduces himself as an itinerant minstrel and wandering wastrel is bound to know how to have a good time!
Jon Battle-Born: Unlike the rest of his family, he strikes me as a pretty cool guy.
Ulfric Stormcloak: He is a tongue after all... /wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />
I would say Ralof, but he has been sitting in Gerdur's house drinking up all her mead since I started playing. He's had enough to drink already! /biggrin.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

I would Kill them while they were drunk because it would be easier than getting fireballs cast at me.

I have been drinking around many many types of people in my life. The ones that are a surefire means of entertainment are the ones that are absolutely off their rockers.

You are compelled to hang around, just to see what happens next.

Hmm, tough choice, there are too many!

Sanguine, because of how silly he is when he's drunk, he comes down as the 'i love you man' type of drunk... he also has a habit of popping up in random places in my game and killing the enemies for me <3
Runil the old Altmer from Falkreath, he has lived a long time so he would have many tales... if he could remember them that is /tongue.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':P' />
Master Neloth, but i would change beer to tea. Another one who has lived for a loong time and has extensive knowledge.

Those are the ones who spring to mind for now at least =x but honestly there are so many...

The Emperor, if only to get more insight on the great war.

My second choice would be Ulfric, he has a fairly detailed backstory and learning more about it would be quite interesting.

I would love the opportunity to sit down with Alduin, just before our final battle, and knock back a few (the Nine only know how much Al could drink, but I'd love to find out) and regale one another with tall tales and plans for the future, wish each other luck in the fight, then go to-to-tooth til the bitter end. That would be a memorable talk.

I would do fine without the hot female.
On second thought, let me rephrase that - the hot female would be me, and no, Colonel, you can't come. /cool.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' />

No, seriously. Ulfric wouldn't be my first choice for a beer and a long talk. I think... Marcurio (we could discuss archaeology), or the three College-students (they are probably nerdy enough for me), or... well, Paarthy would be a pretty obvious choice. He might not drink beer (or does he?) but he sure loves to talk, and I'm sure he has lots of intersting things to say.

And, ok. If Ulfric offered me a drink, I wouldn't say no. However, I would point out that I'm a married woman, so if he had any ulterior motives, he could just forget about it. /smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' />

If it's a beer I'm having then Sanguine is my choice. He'sh full of great shtories and knowsh how to have fun... If it's Mead I'm drinking then Nazeem. If I'm going to be miserable then I might as well go for broke.

Lydia, Ri'saad and Erandur. Send the courier to fetch more. When he comes back he say's "I have something for you, a case, not sure where from". "I drank almost all of it, sorry for your loss. Well that's it gotta go". "Oh courier, Molag Bal would like to speak to you"!. Courier promptly drinks a potion of prolonged invisibility.
