am currently starting a new character and am trying to find that really rude dark elf to er have an unusual accident

i cannot bring myself to murder just anyone (especially if they are nice/friendly people).

i actually intend to complete the db questline for the first time.

In Daggerfall it took 14 murders I believe to join the Brotherhood. Oblivion's requirement is less bloody by comparison so it consider that in your decision.
