I love the NCR, they're the most interesting faction to me and have the best aims. Plus Rangers are bad ass.

You should add the Unity, Great Khans, and the Pitt... I'd pick the Great Khans but since it's not there I guess the main character.

None.

I slaughtered the Legion as soon as I saw them.
I kept the NCR out of Primm, and appointed a robot sheriff.
I killed the estern BoS.
I killed House and took power in New Vegas.
In the capital wastelands I'm the judge, the jury and the executioner of my own moral code.
I blew up the Enclave in the east, and I used the FEV in the water because the BoS would get the blame.

Enclave. They're the baddies, yes, but they're well meaning baddies. Now they're out of the picture, though.. NCR are pretty grand, being a flawed, police-state republic in the pocket of oligarchs, with a constantly growing and increasingly unmanagable frontier, surrounded by and filled with foes. It feels like the most fleshed-out nation to me.
