Title says it all.

Personally Elisif and Ulfric should be IMO. Elisif for a male player and Ulfric for a female(Nord only cause of his prejudicial tendencies).

Reasoning: They are two of the most powerful people in Skyrim, and they are both single. Sure Elisif is a widow but she can remarry.

Also characters who are married, but become single through.... certain circumstances, should be allowed to remarry. Like Adrianne.

Olfina followed with a quest that lets you challenge Jon Battleborn for her hand. Though I think any and all single NPCs in the game should be up for marriage. So many times I come across a small town with a farmer's lovely daughter who would do anything to leave her bumpkin life behind, but not a single one can you marry.

that basically involves playing out skyrim's version of the hang over (one of my favorite quests so far), part of the quest actually reveals that you got engaged to a Hagraven... i will not spoil more though.
