Hello everybody! Who do you think is the "good" side or the "bad" side to the civil war? The Stormcloaks or the Imperial Legion or do you think that there is no clear choice and that both sides are "grey"?

Erm. May want to edit your first poll question to ask either "Who is the good side?" or "Who is the bad side?". Doesn't really work when you're asking two things in a single question.

I think they will both be grey, although the stormcloaks assassinated the king and are nord supremecists. I think I'll most likely join the empire.

Well from what i can gather the Stormcloaks are trying to get back independence like america did from britan. Also you can argue that the Empire has held on to it for so long that many people side with it and feel that it is there home now. Its never clear civil war is never good.

Agreed. There has not been much information about either side. It doesn't hurt to dream though...

I'll decide who, if anyone, to support after I hear what they have to say for themselves. It could even come down to who my first character happens to meet first and how they treat her. It could also depend on who was fixing to execute her at the beginning. ;-)

I will help everyone at one point or another. I do not plan on getting this game and leaving content unused!

No idea who is bad or good though. I hope it is neutral-grey style, but with strong opinions and views that simply have different priorities.

If it is done well, there should be no clear good or bad side. Fallout: New Vegas was done that way. Of course, it made me waffle and I didn't do a lot of quests becuase I didn't want to choose sides.

Imperial is the evil Opression Empire...And THE Stormcloaks are the ones that want freedom.. That is my opionion,kind of like the empire in the Star Wars being rule with by the SIth and The Jedi's are the Rebel's

Imperial regime has been repressive and destructive throughout all of the entirety of its existence. They kill, enslave, and destroy cultures wherever they go.

They are invaders that need to be sent back to their own shores.

I think they are both good... depending on the outlook of what you want... my guess is that the legion want order... but the stormcloaks want to get out of being controlled by the legion... that's my guess tho... I haven't read any lore on it at all so it's literally a shot in the dark...

There is no good side, but the real bad side is the Thalmor. Mark my words, this whole civil war is nothing more than than a Thalmor conspiracy to weaken mankind and invade when both sides are sufficiently weakened.
