Who is your BEST follower?

Jericho all the way. He would be my first pick and then i would get Dogmeat to be more of a backup.

Will Jericho remain with you even if your Karma reverts to the opposite spectrum? I was thinking of playing evil just to get him and then becoming good afterwards. I just don't want to waste time trying to get him if he is just going to leave me right after the change.

As this is only my first play-through right now, I have to say Charon is the best. Especially considering how he'll join you no matter how nice or vile you are.:)

I am going to have to say Fawkes and dog meat.
Fawkes only if you get her with the Fawkes' Gatling Laser.

And why does everyone call Fawkes a Him, she is a chick.

Read the Notes Section of this page.

Wes has a voice i wish i had/wish i had a beard -_-/Anyways considering how cheap reavers/ablinos are its only fair to use fawkes. And over lords GTFO GTFO and shut the door -_- they cheat .They are officially ass hats.

Jericho does companion(ing) like a boss :P

and i've never understood the love for Charon, the first and only time I hired him, I walked outside and he ran, 5 minutes later I get "Charon has died" appear.

Some help he was

I like using Charon the best. He has a "no nonsense" attitude that I like. However, if you want to make the game ridiculously easy, Fawkes is your best bet.

Jericho will gripe a lot about how "boring" you are if your karma goes good, but he'll stay with you no matter what happens with it. You'll also be able to get him back no matter your karma level if you're separated.
