Damn, you said Oblivion. If it were all of TES, I'd have to have Master Aryon, or Fara (both Morrowind).

However, in Oblivion, I think I'd go for Delphine Jend, purely for enemies explode

Although, magic probably wouldn't work on Earth. So I'm not sure.
