These are just the top faves for most.

I think those are just your "top favs". As the only one on the poll I see people really mention a lot is Neloth, and with good reason. Either way, nothing wrong with it but more characters would have been good for the poll.

I find it difficult to actually have a favorite character, as I find many of them a bit uninteresting besides characters from perhaps the DLC and a few from the guilds. I'd say Serana I suppose.

Neloth for sure. I love how unappreciative he is. He once sent me all the from Solstheim and into the Reach. He gave me 250 septims for the reward. Love Neloth.

I can't name one and can't resist naming many:

- General Tullius: because I really like M. Hogan and the "tired general" trope he plays so well.

- Neloth, for obvious reasons.

- Ondolemar, who is a very decent person once you look deeper than his robes.

- Faralda, has my favorite female voice actor and she is a very likable character through and through. And of course, she's an Altmer which alone mandates some + from me.

I don't see it.

The only reason Ondolemar treats you nice is that you helped him with his little Talos hunt.

Aye, I love that, too. Michael Hogan is an awesome voice actor.

Way better than in Morrowind, where you kill somebody for a robe and he gives you 5 gold. There's a funny reaction where he comments on heroes only caring about gold these days because of how bad he ripped of the Nerevarine.

Ondolemar is by far one of the most insufferable, unredeemable characters in Skyrim.

Neloth is awesome,Kodlak too. He looks like an old version of one of my characters.

I like Esbern even if he asked me to do a horrible thing.

Everyone loves M'aiq.

Cicero. But they really need to improve the characters and story for the next game. They are weak for an RPG.

Karliah was the character who engaged and interested me the most.

Ulfric, probably, with Marcurio and Erandur as close seconds.

Other favorites are - among others - Jenassa, Brelyna, Paarthurnax, Erik, Vilkas and Vex. Teldryn is a new acquaintance who I suspect I will count among these soon.

I also have a soft spot for grumpy old people like Bothela and Nurelion. (I'd probably love Neloth but I haven't met him yet.)

I also really like Veezara in the DB and obviously M'aiq is a legend.

Mai'q is one of my favorites. Just love hearing him talk like a walking living book right out of MORROWIND. There are way too many others to list I like and I find it incredible how many I hate as well along with those I have no interest in. Amazing reflection of real life.

I have yet to meet Paarthurnax but from the brief accidental glimpses on Youtube I think I will like him a lot.

Favorite SKYRIM character? - Mai'q? Really? Mai'q is someone's favoite SKYRIM (not oblivion, not morrowind, etc.) character? I doubt that. Mai'q doesnt do diddly squat sh*t in Skyrim which means he's less of a SKYRM character than even a generic hold guard who asks me to conjure up some ale for him. How did Mai'q make your top five list of SKYRIM characters OP?

I think we had a thread like this recently and Master Neloth won easily as the favorite.

My top five (as of this moment while on an empty stomach and a bit stressed about a few things that I have to do) are:

3. Teldryn Sero

4. Malkoran. I just love evil bada$$ wizard/mages

5. Jordis. My sixy Jordis. Woman who almost all of my characters marry. That sweet, sweet voice, dat a$$, that promise to protect me.
