Ralof and Vilkas. The former literally won me over during a battle when he kept on cracking jokes at me in the middle of the action, and the latter I grew to like because my current character is absolutely smitten with him.

Probably Ulfric Stormcloak, because he had good VO. And he was like a real character, flawed and human.

Cicero in that I enjoy cutting his head off. Probably my favorite person to kill in the entire game. I guess I'd have to say Esbern's my favorite in general though. Well, him and Tullius. Michael Hogan and Max von Sydow just kick all kinds of ass.

A lot of characters are memorable compared to previous TES games. I like almost all the Companions, they really do feel like kin to me like they are supposed to. Oh, and I LOVE Belethor's lines, it's hilarious! "Everything's for sale my friend, everything! If I had a sister I'd sell her in a second. I'd even buy one of your relatives if you're looking to sell!" I also like a lot of things about Ulfric, his voice, his lines, his sense of fashion. I disapprove of his racism though.
