Who is your favorite NPC?

I wanted to start a thread so that we could share all the different NPC throughout the world of Skyrim.
Just pose some of the ones that you like and its location.

Tullius
Esbern
Nazir
Balgruuf

And even if I think the character in general is a [censored], I must say Ulfric's pretty interesting.

The orc from the library at the mages guild is quite funny, he takes no silliness from anyone, even i though i am archmage have to be careful with his beloved books :)

Brynjolf, and Ulfric Stormcloak. Delvin's okay on that list, too, methinks. Vex -might- make it, but... nah, she's a bit annoying. That'd be like making out with a cactus... (imo) *shivers*

I can safely say: Sheogorath.

Then there's Farkas, Brynjolf, Hadvar, Jarl Balgruuf, Ulfric Stormcloak, and Belethor (I think his voice is funny as hell).
