I've always liked Moira, because of her weird personality, not in spite of it. But if we're looking for a long-term life partner here, and I think we are, then probably someone like Karen Schenzy is more my thing. She seems quite independent, can look after herself, and seems to be quite lonely. Besides, I've got a thing for chicks with red hair. So, unless theres a mod that allows you to have Agent Scully as a follower, this is the closest I'm gonna get.

Janice said to have come to Rivet City and be under the wing of Doctor Li since it was the only option she had. She herself claims to know jack-[censored] about science, so we can assume she's not from a very good background, like Bittercup.

Bittercup however grew up in Little Lamplight, never claims to have any relatives what-so-ever, which she would know of, or atleast the other people there would know it. Janice said she was roaming the Wastes when she got to Rivet City, didn't say she came out of LL. And said she joined in with Li 7 years ago, if Im not mistaken.

Aside from appearance, there's nothing that could qualify them as relatives. Bittercup is a wannabe Goth, and Janice Kaplinski is a Polish/Jewish Lab-Assistant. Not much to compare..

Either Underworld, Rivet City, orrrr.....The Pitt!!! (uptown of course. Downtown, The Mill, and The Steelyard ain't too living-oriented...I would pick any of those places to live. As for a spouse or women with whom i'd have "relations" with....Lucy West...or Silver...Or Nova (i think thats her name)

No one knows how the population of Lamplight is replenished, but from the look of the place it's not like "Children of the Corn" where the kids are encouraged to marry and have kids at a young age. They're probably so malnourished that the average age of puberty is 14 or 15. I think they just take in orphans, and kids being born there are the rare exception, not the rule. Especially with Macready in charge... if two Lamplighters got together, he'd tell them "if you want to act like a couple of horny mungo &*@#$@#'s, you can do it in Big Town." And then chuck 'em out.

So maybe Janice had a daughter, knew she couldn't take care of her, and dropped her off in Lamplight.
