Who's your wasteland guy or gal?

Post » Thu Sep 09, 2010 8:08 pm

She's not crazy, she's just a little... oddish. Like me. Is it any wonder I like her, even if she did twist my DNA like a kitten with a ball of yarn?

So you don't want Moira... who DO you want your wasteland wanderer to settle down with?

Just finished "Nuka Cola Challenge " by selling 30 bottles of Quantum to Ronald (80 caps a pop, of course). And then I talked to Sierra, and she's totally clueless about what Ronnikins wants to do to her. Fully advlt body or no, going after Sierra would be like trying to seduce a nine-year-old. Which is way too creepy for me. So Sierra's definitely off my wasteland guy's list.

Alexander, my first character, would want to hook up with Sydney. Or failing that, Sentinel Lyons. He likes them brave, strong, and sane.

My curent charcter, Arachne, isn't really into relationships. But if she had to pick someone it would probably be Vance, her being a Night Person and all. Of course Vance already has a wife, but that's a problem that can be solved easily enough with a properly placed frag mine ... or ten. :chaos:

As for me personally, I'd go for Moira Brown. She's nerdy and endlessly optimistic, what's not to love? The mustache? http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a313/dragatus/Moira.jpg? ;)

And even if she looked the way she does in vanilla, it's just a small imperfection, it doesn't change the fact that personality wise she is the best match for me. And when it comes down to it, that's the really important part.

Actually, Twilight was published in 2005. FO3 came out in 2008.

But yea, you're right. Bethesda would never copy Twilight.. :shakehead:

And as we all know Twilight invented vampires. ;)

What I'm trying to say is I don't see how Vance has anything more in common with Edward Cullen than he has with Dracula or any other vampire for that matter.

UURRRGH. He's pretentious, he thinks he's above everyone and no one else could possibly understand him, and he's constantly on a downer.
That's where I got that from. Don't blame H-dude, it was my fault. XD

What I find most annoying is about Edward Cullen is that he's too darn noble to rid the world of a lot of evil scum. I mean, he can see into people's minds, right? That means he could deal with every drug dealer, child molester, serial killer, or other scumbag in his sphere of influence. And have dinner in the process!

There are a lot of interesting choices among the Family, but I have to admit that I find the whole blood-drinking thing to be a little creepy. So my guys will pass on Holly and Brianna as well. Well, my current character might see otherwise, since he's got the Cannibal perk.

My Lone Wanderer, Sabine, has a soft spot for Lieutenant Williams- a.k.a. The Unluckiest Enclave Officer in the Wasteland, a.k.a.http://fc02.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2010/201/3/2/Universal_Soldier__WIP_by_Iofiel.jpg. Play through the main quest, if you don't know who I'm talking about. You'll run into him eventually.
Yeah. Even she's embarrassed to admit it.
He's her partner- has been ever since Broken Steel. She saved his ass back in Raven Rock

. Trust me when I tell you she has never, ever let him live it down. Still, I suppose one can bond over a shared hate of the Brotherhood of Steel's [censored]. And a mutual desire to keep from being devoured by Radscorpions. >.>

You don't even know.
She was a smoking hot babe back then with a rock-hard body.

I'm just making that up, though. She was probably a dumb loser that everyone laughed at. If anyone asked her if she was a prosttute, she got mad because she probably was back then. :lmao:

I said MIGHT have been hot. She might have been ugly or bucktoothed or a hoker. We don't know. My point is that she's about six decades the Lone wanderer's senior. When Catherine was carrying the LW around in her tummy, Agatha was already close to retirement age.

Sick, Xair. Sick sick sick.

Obviously, Moira's not dumb; if you give her good research, she can write a really good guide. She's just one of those people who are determined to be cheerful no matter what. Unless you Dream Crusher her, and then she's just as depressed as anyone else in the screwed-up world of the Wasteland.

Who would my guy settle down with......

Well, first choice would be Crow the merchant. We'd settle down in Little Lamplight. We'd adopt Dogmeat, the kid from Greyditch and all the little tykes from LL and go out of our way to give them good education, nourishment and happiness in life.

My second choice, Crazy Wolfgang the merchant. Just three things.....Megaton house with love theme, shut off Wadsworth and enough food&drink to last us a while ;)

There's only one gal for me in the Wasteland. The craziest of them all: Tanya Christoff, better known as the Antagonizer. She's soooo cuuuute, and with a little knowledge about her background it's easy to sweetalk her clothes off. Unfortunately she took a hike shortly after I did that, but I'll find her...

That's why I'm so fond of Brick. She's not what I'd call cute, but she's nice-lookin' in her own bad-a** way. And definitely a bit crazy.

Problem with adopting Lamplighters is they've been brought up to believe that anyone over 16 is automatically evil. Maybe that's why the Big Town bunch are so hapless... they've become what they were taught for years to despise. Maybe they think they're nothing better than slaves or mutie fodder. Kind of sad, to believe that about yourself. I think only one Lamplighter actually turned out all right, and that was Machete. Trinnie became Rivet City's resident hoker, and the rest wound iup in the Big Town deathtrap.

In any case, if we were going to adopt one, I'd go with a younger one who maybe wasn't so indoctrinated. Maybe Zip if we wanted a boy, or Bumble if we wanted a girl.

Ah, you're into them cosplayer chicks eh? lol

At first I thought I'd go for Amata but she kicks you out of the vault and strikes me as a bit of an uptight career woman. i.e. You wouldn't be her top priority. I'd probably go with someone like Vera Weatherly in the long run. Nice lady, good job, etc. Moira would be a good girl to hang out with for lolz. And I'd adopt Knock Knock from Lamplight since she's good with cheesy jokes and is one of the only nice kids in the bunch.
